Are you as blown away as I am? I’d never have imagined raw food could look so tempting. In case you haven’t already guessed, I’m a huge sucker for good food photography (to the point where I won’t buy a cookbook that has more recipes than photos) so my recent discovery of Golubka was a bit of a breakthrough. Finally, a raw food blog that isn’t pushing seeds and dehydrated ick!

Their photos are so seductive, I’ve promised myself that the second I have more time on my hands I’m going to give one of their recipes a go. I mean, I already own a dehydrator…

If there are any raw foodies out there, I’d love your input on how easy/difficult raw food prep is! Any tips for a newbie?
