Happy long weekend! Well, it is if you’re in Singapore like I am, though technically since I worked today (and plan on working tomorrow and Monday too) it’s not going to be much of a long weekend for me at all. But here’s hoping everyone else is enjoying their time off.
Compared to the last couple of days, things were moving at light speed in the studio today. The press was almost behaving, my designs were practically aligning themselves, and every ink colour we mixed was spot on and so lovely that I was compelled to take this picture of my glass mixing plate for posterity. Days like these are rare.
Not to jinx anything, but we only have one suite left to print before the fair, after which I will breathe the biggest sigh of relief ever while en route to the nearest bar for a bottomless martini.
