The much-awaited Sephora sale is finally here, and if you’re a VIB or Rouge member, you’ve probably already got an online cart full of goodies. If you’re anything like me however, a few extra shopping suggestions are never out of place. I love hearing what other people are picking up and comparing notes.
I’ve already placed an online order…for the things that I’m worried will sell out if I dither too long! Sadly, there are already a few limited edition holiday releases that have gone out of stock, but you might always luck out and find them at a physical store even if they aren’t available online. Happy shopping!
The things that could technically live without but just don’t want to, like the life-changing primer you’ve fallen in love with, the only lip balm that’s ever worked on you, the hair oil that keeps your mane super glossy, or the mascara primer that turn your natural lashes into falsies.
Why not get some X’mas shopping done at a discount? It doesn’t have to be makeup. There’s shaving kits for guys, luxe hand cream sets for impossible-to-shop-for family members, fragrance samplers and even Disney compact mirrors for little princesses (or big ones!)
The holiday gift sets and palettes at Sephora are so good this year, it’s hard to pick my favourites! An assortment of high end lipsticks, a kit of luxe makeup essentials, a versatile eye palette and a limited edition trio of highlighters will leave you wanting nothing.
Specialty skincare products can be so expensive, but you can’t really argue with necessity. Whether you’re going to repurchase staples or try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to invest – for less – in your skin.
Some things are tough to justify paying full price for, but if it’s something you’ve wanted for a while…this might be the time to buy yourself an early Christmas gift. Besides, who couldn’t use a little dash of everyday luxury?

Not in love with the idea of overpriced Valentine’s Day bouquets? Me neither…but I’m all for pretty presents that don’t wilt. Whether you’re going for classic or quirky, here are some things that are sure to make your sweetheart smile. And stay tuned ladies – my men’s gift guide is up next!
