I’m just going to put this out there: I have a really small mouth. It’s not a hang-up. I actually think it suits my heart-shaped face really well, but still there are days when I wish I had huge, bee-stung lips. I mean, who doesn’t right?
I suppose there are always lip fillers…but the procedure sounds terrifying to me. Thank goodness it’s so easy to fake fuller lips with just a bit of lip liner and nude lipstick. Over lined lips do require a bit of practice, but it’s such a good trick to have up your sleeve. And much less traumatic than injections, I’m sure.
Actually, if you look really closely here you can see where I’ve over lined, or drawn slightly outside the natural boundaries of my lips. There’s a fine line between over lining and clown mouth, so my advice for newbies is as follows: err on the conservative side and stick to mattes.
I took my own advice about being conservative, so I know my lips *still* don’t look super huge, but trust me – if you saw me in real life with no lipstick on, you’d be impressed at the size difference!
