I pulled out an old favourite today: Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. I always go back to the Nakeds (1 and 3 especially) on days when I’m being lazy about my makeup because it’s so convenient to have that many shades at my fingertips.
The inclusion of matte transition/blending shades in the Naked palettes has always been their biggest selling point. You’d be surprised how many other palettes overlook this!
I used Limit all over the lid, Darkside in the outer V blended through the crease with Nooner, and Dust in the inner corners. I also darkened the bottom lash line with a bit more Darkside. It’s not terribly exciting, but it’s one of my staple looks that I can pull together super quickly while gulping down coffee, scratching my dog with one foot and replying text messages to friends asking if I’m there yet.
I paired this look with Colourpop’s Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick in Lumiere 2, which I mixed with lip balm for a more comfortable satin-finish.
