While I put the finishing touches on my massively long Chanel FW review and swatch post, here’s a quick FOTD I did with one of this seasons Les 4 Ombres eyeshadow quads: City Lights.
I layered it over the Ombre Premiere cream shadow in Pourpre Profond for intensity, which turned out to be a very good idea. I mean, just look at those rich metallics! I was surprised to see the quad pull so purple on me – very pleasantly surprised, since purple is my favourite colour! – there seems to be a lot of hidden purple in the lightest and darkest shades of the quad especially.
I’m also wearing Le Rouge Crayon de Couleur in Rose Violine, which is a beautiful, goes-with-everything warm rose pink.
